First of all, don’t trust this app alone when it says high fertility. Glow it’s just an app. That’s all. It uses algorithms of average cycles. You need to chart with other methods such as opks, cm, bbt. 
And even then..... every month you have only about 23% chances of conceiving, given that you’re both healthy and have no fertility issues. 
It can take up to a year for a couple to conceive if everything is right.
