Highlighting hair in second trimester?

Nice salon, same hairdresser for 10 years, what’s your opinion!?

There’s no reason not to dye your hair while pregnant. The salon will be plenty aired out I’m sure, and the only possible reason it could be harmful is if you were to be in a room full of chemicals with not enough air (which is bad for anyone, not just pregnant women).

I didn't think it was a chemical smell thing. I was always told your hair can react differently when prego because of hormones. I always feared my hair would turn out a different shade or look bad if I did it while prego.

I’m a hairdresser! We all work in those salons while pregnant. It’s totally safe, mama. Do what feels best for you!
