Starting a new lifestyle
Today is the beginning of change. I’m ready to tone this body and feed it proper, healthy food. I found the workouts, advice, and recipes. I’m clearing space in the basement and putting together a rough schedule. Although I am on the thinner side, (5’9 and 115) I can’t wait to see muscle improvement and some weight gain this summer! Posting makes this mentally official. Wish me luck!
