My sweet month old has had acid reflux since she was about 2 weeks old. I’m a young FTM mom so the symptoms everyone including her pediatrician told me they were “normal “ baby things. It’s starting to get a little worse but her and i have gotten used to it. So i don’t want to medicate her. But it’s gotten to the point where i can’t even change her diaper without milk coming out her nose and mouth.

Mamas with reflux babies what helped your LO the most? We feed upright and keep her upright for almost 30 mins and she sleeps in her rocker due to not being able to sleep on her back. We also have been using rice cereal. When will this start to taper off or even go away. My poor baby i hate she has to go throw this. I hate i have to go through this...very stressful
