HELPP LADIES! 😓😅🤞🏻

I had an ultrasound on monday, I suspect I am 5 weeks pregnant. I asked the ultrasound tech if any sign of pregnancy and she told me no and that it would be to early to tell if I was..... but when I looked at her screen with the ultrasound pictures this is what I saw. And from my understanding that's a gestational sac? Correct me if I'm wrong. ?!? So confused right now.
