Does he know he's a Narcissist?

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year and a couple months now. It was amazing in the beginning he was soooo perfect! We move in together and I have health problems myself, I lost weight and had a hard time eating due to stress from my job. I quit my job and we struggle to pay rent, I get a new job and fix my mistake of being jobless for a month. It never seemed like he forgave me. He grew distant, wouldn't have sex with me, wouldn't give me attention but instead giving other people his time. For 2 months I begged him for attention and he just didn't understand me. He doesn't have empathy, and in our relationship each time I cry he would get mad, like I'm stupid for crying. "Crying is for the weak" He says. I have JUST found out about Narcissistic abuse, I really do feel like this is what it is. I haven't done anything wrong in this relationship but try to please him. Does a Narcissist know he's a Narcissist??? Should I tell him ??
