Pain in hands, FTM 37w5d

So beginning last Friday my hands and feet started swelling which I assume is normal for pregnancy. Then I started getting these horrible carpal tunnel like pains in my hands. Like when u use your phone too much but like ten times worse. I feel the pain in my bones and radiating to my elbows. Is that normal too? I have another appointment this Friday to ask my doctor but I wanted to see what u ladies thought and if anyone else is the same? It’s bad enough I have to deal with the sciatica back pains but now this is really killing me. 😞
