Lack of sleep..

How did you ladies adjust to the lack of sleep that comes with having a newborn? I know everyone says to sleep when baby sleeps but when you have things that still have to get done around the house and errands to run that doesn’t always work. I feel like I’ve been living off of caffeine and I’m just curious if you have any advice for adjusting. Especially dealing with the frustration that comes with the exhaustion. I feel so bad when I get frustrated because she’s just a baby and I know it isn’t her fault but I find myself getting overwhelmed and annoyed very easily and just need advice on dealing with it.
