Can masterbating on your period shorten your period? (Flush you out quicker)
I’ve recently started masterbating while on my period because I read it can help ease cramps(it has in my case). I’ve also noticed that my period has shorten by a day or so the past few months I’ve been doing this. I normally bleed for at least 7 days and now it’s only been lasting 5-6 days. Does anyone know anything about this?
