19w1d belly soreness

So my belly is sore to the touch pretty much where baby is, is this normal? I have grown in the past week or two a good amount and been having round ligament pain, aches and pains just from that I think. Also I have been pretty constipated 🙈🙈 just wondering if this is normal or if anyone else has this soreness to the touch and kinda just in general
