Today at my 36 week appointment we scheduled a c-section for June 19th (a week before due date). My doctor says baby girl is measuring at 40 weeks and her shoulders are going to be too big for me to have vaginally. Since I don’t want to risk damage to her shoulders or nerves I have scheduled the c-section.

I’m a little sad to miss out on labor and a standard birth, and also sad I won’t be able to hold her right away cause I’ll be on an operating table. I hope all goes well and that this is the safest best option for us both!

Now it’s just waiting the last 20 days till baby arrives! Can’t wait!!! 💕💕
