Terrible Heartburn?

I’m having what I believe is extremely intense heartburn. I’m having trouble even talking through the pain when I get an attack. It’s like my chest is on fire from arm to arm and into my throat. Any solutions?

Minty gum! I got tired of taking tums all the time with my first so I made sure to always have sugar free minty gum with me. It would stop almost immediately!

Same here! My mom, mother of 4, who went through 7 pregnancies, says that a shot of cream or half & half will calm it, swears up and down!

Tums help me or just making myself throw up all that stomach acid. That’s gross and it sucks but sometimes it gets that bad and that really helps!
