What should I do when my day is mainly break downs and have nobody to talk to?

Answer

Write it all down. Everything you’re feeling. That’s what I do when I’m having a breakdown and my mom tells me “don’t do this right now” as if I could control it. Sometimes after I write everything out, I rip the paper up and throw it away.
