pregnant but terrified

I've posted a bit on here about having given up, then today about the faint positive I got at the doctor (but it's there!) I've been spotting anywhere from not there at all to a light period up to this point of getting a positive test, and the doctor wants me to come back in a week for a blood test to see if it's going to stick or not. I'm so scared of this one not sticking, just like the last one in August last year. The spotting/light bleeding has me terrified and I don't know what I'm gonna do for this next week while I wait.
