Help !!!

I am only 16 . I had sex with this boy a few weeks ago and my period is late by 16 days. The condom didn’t break or anything. What are my chances of being pregnant? And could it maybe be something else? What are the first signs of pregnancy I should be noticing now besides missed period? My period was being iffy for the last few months so??
