I need opinions

So this month I was supposed to have my period around the 18th it didn’t come but on the 22nd after I wiped I saw some pink so I thought it was my period, well the next day there was nothing and we are on the last day of the month and still haven’t had a period. I took a dollar store pregnancy test and it came back negative. Should I take another test? What should I do? I just got my nexplanon taken out in March also.
