un-spoiling a baby

ive been with her ever since she was born EVERYDAY , ALLDAY. she will not sleep in her bed she sleeps with me every night . everytime i leave the room she cries her eyes out ! she depends on the binky . i just cut a hole in her binky so lets see how she tqkes that . is there any suggestions on breaking her out this stage. i start work soon and i dont want the person thats watching her to not watch her anymore because shes so spoiled .
