Ttc after d an c and still nursing toddler

I had a Mc at 18 weeks and a d and c at 19in November. I got my period and had a chemical pregnancy in Jan and again in February. I have had no luck since then but also no visible signs of ovulation like I used to. I am still nursing my 14 month old son. I mostly just nurse him at night or short durations for comfort. I am concerned I’m not ovulating, have scarring due to late term d and c or that nursing is making implantation difficult. Lmk what you think. Looking for advice
