Second baby

I have a one year and 7 month old son. his father and I are no longer together for the past 6 months. I recently started dating a guy I've known for 6 years. i went on vacation and left my birth control home by mistake. the app says I am in my ovulation week.. I am nervous this could potentially be another pregnancy. Any advice or stories of similar situations?
