Depo shot/ period

I’ve been on the depo shot for almost two years, I’ve still been getting my period, I started my period Monday and everytime I go to the washroom and I wipe I have a clot. I’m not worried because I’m used to getting clots, just not this frequently, they’re varry in size from a quarter to a toonie. Just wanted to know if this is normal on the depo shot
