EMERGENCY

I had last period the 1st of may but had sex and the deed was done the 22nd of may I still haven't had a period and all pregnancy test are negative why??? I'm cramping and I do breastfeed but my child is one about to be two so he doesn't breastfeed often... I'm staying thirsty and in result I'm peeing more what's going on!?
