Do seabands really work?

Question

Taking b6 was helping a lot at first with morning sickness but the last couple of days have been really rough. I’m a little skeptical of seabands but wondering if they actually work for anyone?

I don’t feel like they work for me. I have been wearing them all day and today was the first day of extreme all day nausea (I’m now 6 weeks). But still wearing the bands with the hopes that it will help.

They do take a bit of the intensity off but I still threw up multiple times yesterday while wearing them. Idk. I have them on now, put them on upon waking and i feel like it might be helping a bit?

I’ve been wearing them when I star to feel off and they definitely take the edge off. I would recommend. No harm in trying :)

I’m pretty sure it’s been placebo effect for me. But it’s better than nothing
