Birth control time

I just went on vacation last week, but due to the numerous time zones I had to go through (was on a cruise), and that my phone didn’t line up with the ship time after day 4, I had to shift my pill time to an earlier time (7:30pm my home time) Is this okay?

I do plan on changing it back to my regular time on Sunday by taking two on that day (7:30 and then 10pm) and then start my new pack the next day after.
