Insomnia anyone??

Shout out how you’re battling insomnia/sleep trouble. 
Anyone taking unisom or something similar?

I take 1/2 of a benadryl every once and a while

Only get like 4 hours a night unless I take Benadryl. But Benadryl make me groggy when I wake up. 35 weeks right now so baby is probably just getting me ready

I didn't find unisom helpful at all. my dr said she could prescribe ambien but it just sounds sketchy to me :(

I’m taking melatonin 5mg every night

I occasionally will take unisom if I’m desperate. I feel so bad taking it even though they say it’s considered perfectly safe. I work midnights and I’ve been sleeping so bad lately

Omg MEEEEEE. I haven’t taken any sleep aids but I’m going on about 3 weeks of very little/ restless sleep. It sucks. I am sooo uncomfortable, over tired, And grumpy. Hahaha.
