so im a stay at home mom with my 8m old son and my husbands sister is out of school and her mom would pay me $100 every two weeks to watch her and her dad doesn't help with anything or doesn't pay child support and my mil works at McDonald's so she doesn't make much but still is it even worth it 100 bucks every TWO weeks ? id be watching her from 8am-2/3pm every day ...

i baby sat my friends 4 year old for the same amount. from about 730am-3/4 pm every day. 100$ every two weeks. her mom always packed a lunch, and i was getting ei so it was just some extra cash for me lol. it worked for me until my ei ran out and i had to get a job.

If she makes as little money as it sounds like, she will likely qualify for daycare through the state. She should look into it.
I would never do that much work for that little pay.

i pay my mom 50$ a week but i cant afford a real babysitter or daycare ( not that i would trust them) bit i also help out with a bill every now and again or loan gas money buy the extra needed diapers.
