I have a herniated disk in my back, bones rotated out of place, and some other back problems causing me tons of pain. So my OB wanted to induce at 39 weeks (next week) so I don’t end up going over. But the hospital and her schedule are really full and they aren’t available to get me in until a few days AFTER my due date. I’m in so much pain at all times. I’m so sick of this. I know there’s a possibility baby comes early on his own but it’s also my first child.

They’re going to try doing a membrane sweep Monday to move things along but that’s all they can do -_-

I’m 1cm, 75% effaced, and at a -1 station as of last Tuesday. I’m just so frustrated I started crying when I got off the phone. No one in my family is being very supportive/letting me vent to them and just saying “inducing is worse for you anyways” and my husband is at work. They don’t understand the pain I’m in. I just want my baby out so I can fix my back and not be in constant pain anymore 😔 He’s measuring big anyways and will likely be over 9lbs at his due date.
