white bump on gums?

what could this be? My son is only 7 weeks so it shouldn't be a tooth, right? I'm worried it may be thrush but it doesn't look like the pics and this is is the only place in his mouth he has it. making an appointment with the ped. tomorrow but wanted some more input lol.

my daughter got her first tooth at 8 weeks. however,  it NEVER looked like that. did u touch it? is it very hard? if so, it's a tooth. if it's not bone hard, its something else. wash hands and touch it. feel the texture.

Looks like a tooth! My daughter is 9 weeks and already starting to teeth I think! My son had his first tooth at 3 months.

it is hard!! weird, it's like over in the side of his gums not up front where I would expect lol. He doesn't act like it's bothering him either which is reassuring.
