To Young to Lose Hope.. help!!

19 years old. Ive been with my fiance for 4 years. we have been ttc for about a year now. i went off my bc at age 16 (seasonique) and i didnt have a period for 6 months. one day i got it but it was super painful, soaking through super plus tampons within seconds of putting them in. it lasted about 2 weeks and at the end of it, i pushed out a glob of clotted blood.. idk if that was a miscarriage or just backed up.. and my periods are normal now. they have been fine. im lost on what to do. did my bc mess me up for life? will i ever be someones mommy? prayers ads answers and comments please. what should i do/try? im losing hope and im too young to do that..
