Are you potty training?

Trying to figure out if Its time start potty training my LO

my doctor said you shouldn't start until later because they get too frustrated at this age and it sets them back to start before they are ready. of course some are ready but not the majority.

So my story... 2 days ago I decided to bring their chairs down just to see where they were at. I took their diapers off and gave them Moana songs on my phone. I took the dog out, went pee and they were still there! About the 2nd song I see my girl starting to wiggle so I said "you can go pee pee" soon after she stopped! So I peeked in and sure enough she peed! I was so excited but she just looked at me like

Maybe 2 mins later I see her pushing so I put her back on and noticed poo in her diaper but she finished in the potty. 
The next morning I was using the bathroom and my son came in, grabbed his chair, pushed it to the spot he sat in the day prior and sat inside it. So I came out and sat him on it and he was all smiles so I'm like 🤔 let's take you diaper off. This boy was not wanting to get off the potty so I had to struggle to take it off. Not even a minute later he stands up and "flushed" it. So I'm like

so I go check and he peed!!! just a few drops and finished while he flushed but he practically did it on his on well! 
But, in the long run, I decided to wait a little longer since we are going on a road trip next week and I'm taking pacifiers away. Seems like too much change at once. Just hopefully when we actually start it goes this well.

I started my LO at 13 months. She goes potty every morning and I few times throughout the day. She won't tell me but she'll pull on her diaper and if I catch her doing so then I'll put her on the potty and she goes. Hoping she'll be fully potty trained by 2.

If your l.o. is showing signs of bladder control, it's a good time to start.  We started a couple months ago with our son.  He's 18 months now.  He doesn't always go on the potty but we encourage him and it gets him used to it (makes it a part of our routine).

My son tells us when he poops (*grunt* CA-CA!) and likes that the toilet lid opens and closes. And thinks Mom looks weird sitting down and peeing. That’s where we are at.

Wonder what are all your thoughts on individual toddler size toilet for training or add on piece onto adult toilet for training????

I tried a couple times but she just cried every time we put her on the potty so have decided she’s not ready yet.
