Gender neutral nursery colors?

So we’ve decided to keep the gender a surprise which I’m excited about. My dad gave us some green paint. I do like it, it’s more of a sage green than a bright green. But I feel like green and yellow is the standard go-to for gender neutral. Any other color schemes I should know about that are a bit more unique? 
The walls are currently a cream/ivory color.

I love Sherman-Williams sea salt paint color with a touch of cream & peach details.... depending on the gender you could go lighter with the peach for a girl or you ca
n go darker peach for a boy. It gives me the farm house/chic look I always love😁
