The dreaded bloat
The bloat has been terrible for me at 6 weeks. I literally cannot eat anything without my stomach poking out. As a plus sized woman, I’m used to having a belly, but when I see my belly getting bigger, I’m having a hard time associating it with a baby growing. My brain is telling me I’m just fat. I tried sticking to my pre play eating habits of 3 meals a day and 2-3 snacks a day, but sometimes i was extra hungry or my schedule was changed and my sugar would drop and I’d get hangry. Now I try to eat small meals every 2-3 hours to keep all my level in check and to also hopefully. It be ravenous when I get home from work. I’ve noticed that if dinner is my largest meal
Of the day, the bloat and indigestion is terrible. I’m just really struggling this week. Thanks for listening to me ramble on.
