Suspicious about my boyfriend

So for the past two days my boyfriend hasn't had any contact with me. He'll text me "Good morning" and after that I won't hear from him the entire day. The first day he finally go back to me at 12:am and said "sorry, today had been busy I'll explain later" but he did the exact same thing the next day and I still don't know what's going on. He has ignored all my calls & texts. He answered once and said "I'm putting thibgs in my truck I'll call you in two minutes" that turned into two entire hours. I don't know what to think. I don't think he's cheating because there's literally no reason to cheat & my gut feeling is telling me he's probably messing with his baby momma again. Thoughts?
