How do you tell the difference?

I started my “period” on Monday a week and a half early and it’s been super light. Nothing when I wipe and a little small amount came out on tampons the first few days. I havent even been wearing a tampon the past 2 days and no leakage.

Would this be implantation? Does it last a few days? Or just a random light early period? Not sure if I should be expecting my period to be coming again in a couple days or not?

Any help or insight would be appreciated!
