Red lobster???

So I’m in my first trimester, my sister is wanting to go to red lobster for lunch with our parents. What kind of fish and stuff am I allowed to eat?

You can eat shrimp, lobster, crab! I went to red lobster so many times especially during lobster fest with my first lol and I just went again recently for Mother’s Day and ate scampi, lobster & crab legs & I’m pregnant with #2.
Totally safe to eat anything there.
