Hi looking for advice on how to go from breastfeeding to exclusive pumping. No judgement please. I have overactive supply and baby is still having a hard time even with trying adjustments. Im miserable and blaming myself (i dont know why hormones are weird). This is my last straw before giving up all together and i really hope it works for both of us and brings up my mental state so i can enjoy my baby. So- anyone have any good tips/ advice on how to make the switch???
