Baby or Gut???

Hi, ladies 😁. For those who have been preggers before...how did you know that was a baby and not your gut? Or could you not tell a difference?

With my son my uterus felt full kinda of like on a period and cramping. 6yrs later ttc and everytime I dont get my period and I have that same feeling I get a BFN.

I’m 18 weeks and I’m still wondering that, because my stomach is definitely rounder after a meal lol.
