Can RH factor cause miscarriage?

I am RH negative and my husband is RH positive. With my first baby I had to take shots so it wouldn’t cause complications. We are now trying again with the help of provera and clomid. Is there a high chance that if I get pregnant it will result in miscarriage because my body will reject the RH positive cells?

I’m also in the same boat I don’t believe so unless you start spotting or bleeding. I was told I didn’t need it unless I started spotting/bleeding. I honestly had no clue I was RH negative until I got pregnant and started spotting unfortunately ended in ectopic. But I asked if I need it before we started getting pregnant again and they said no. But I’d still talk with your doctor! ☺️

the answer is no.  your body would only attack the positive cells if your blood mixed which is dosent, you would get the shots with the second pregnancy just like the first one.
