I’m going to be pregnant forever 😫

This baby is never coming out. I’m going to be pregnant forever. 😫

I was 2-3cm on Wednesday afternoon and my midwife did a membrane sweep. She said if it works it will send me into labor within 24 hours.

Yesterday I walked 2.5 miles. Started having regular contractions around 4:30pm which felt like they were increasing in regularity and strength. I swear I thought I was in early labor when we went to bed. I was convinced we were going to be heading in in the middle of the night.

This morning contractions were still there but fewer and farther between and not as strong. I lost a large piece of my mucus plug tinged with blood so I figured things would pick up soon. It’s 5pm now and the contractions have stalled.

This baby is never going to come. 😫 I’m due Tuesday.
