Baby Shower Reveal

So my hubby and I have been keeping the gender of our baby a secret. We know but no one else knows. We want to do something subtle at the end of the shower to let people know the gender (it's starting to get annoying with people asking us). We don't want to do balloon popping or colored cake/cupcakes. Any suggestions ona subtle reveal? Everything I've seen is more for a reveal party.
