My 12 month old doesn’t react to getting bit by ants or the bites?

My oldest would scream and we would hurry and get them off of her. But my youngest doesn’t cry, or give any sign that shes getting bit. I try to make sure there are no ant piles or ants and our yard is sprayed but sometimes they still get bit. We will see them and hurrily spray them off but we do not always notice until after we see the bites. She doesn’t cry at all while getting bit and doesn’t acknowledge the bites at all. She does cry when she falls and stuff like that though... Is this something I should be concerned about?
