Prenatal vitamins and constipation?
I have used the Target brand prenatal off and on for a couple of years, and I swear, every time I use them on a schedule and daily, I’m constipated. Is this normal with prenatal, or should I change brands? I don’t remember being this way when I took them during my pregnancy 13 years ago, but I don’t recall the brand either.
