I’m concerned

So the last 3 months I’ve lost about 10 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. None of my pants or shorts fit me. I’ve tried to go find some more but the SMALLEST size possible is TOO BIG for me. I’m 5’9 and 108 lbs( waist is 23 inches) please don’t hate on my tiny-ness
