I gave birth 2 weeks ago and my labia is super sensitive and it hurts whenever I’m done peeing

I still felt pressure down there for months after giving birth, giving birth is a walk in the park compared to the recovery

I’d rather give birth all over again if that meant not dealing with postpartum pains. I remember what you’re feeling now, it’s the grazes. I had to pee standing and leaning forward for 2-3 weeks and cried a little. Decided to look one day. Don’t do it. Just have sitz bath, wash after pee with that bottle, take your stool softer and pain meds , it’ll end soon ❤️

I remember feeling intense stretching during pushing and feeling my labia when she was crowning asking if it was supposed to feel like that. The nurse kind of laughed at me and said “that’s your baby’s head...” but I’m 11 weeks pp tomorrow and still feel discomfort there. Most often it’s after I’ve relax the muscles down there to pee or have a bowel movement. I’m going to be asking about pelvic floor support if it’s still an issue at 4 months pp. I don’t think it’s an area that should be uncomfortable for that long.
