Keloid, hypertrophic scar, or infection?

I got my nose pierced 2 months ago, and just today this bump popped up. It seemed to be healing nicely, no signs of keloids until today (I have a history of keloids). I read that they're more common in pregnant woman, and I got pregnant after getting it done, so maybe that's why. I clean it with saline spray everyday. What kind of bump is it and what should I do? Some say to us tea tree oil and others say never to use tea tree oil. Should I just see my piercer?

Buy some pure tea tree oil. Dab it on with a qtio 2 times a day and itll dry right up! Smell but it works

i had one and used salt water twice a day and its gone now. healed perfectly.

I had that for around 6months and tried EVERYTHING. Only thing that made it go away and stay away was applying diluted tea tree oil to it with a Qtip 1-2x a day.

bumps are totally normal.
here’s what you do:
crush up aspirin tablets and mix with a tiny bit of water to make a paste. before you sleep, put it all over your nose bump and leave it over night. you may have to repeat for a few days but it’ll pop and go away!! it worked for me and a bunch of other people i know with nose piercings.
