Copper Iud ( reoccurring infections)

I have had my paraguard for over 2 year now and I constantly end up with BV or a yeast infection like every month. I have been tested repeatedly for every STD/STI under the sun (always negative) and I only have relations with my husband. I just want to know am I the only one? Or has anyone else with an IUD had this same issue?
