I had my baby almost 7 weeks ago. My after birth bleeding stopped around 4-5 weeks postpartum and a week later I started my period. It’s not heavy, just regular bleeding. My periods usually lasted 5-7 days before pregnancy but this period seems to be taking forever. It’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s still going. I got on the depo shot at 4 weeks pp, does that make your period longer? I’m also breastfeeding. How long did your first period after birth last for? Is this normal?
