I really want to be healthier. I am 13 years old and I weigh about 157 pounds, but most of it may be muscle. I do swim team and I eat very healthy. I try not to eat a lot of sugars, processed foods or late at night and get about 7 hours of sleep. My family has the type of situation where I could become a diabetic. I just need some help I have seen some improvements, but nothing major. I jave been doing this for about 6 months.
