I got a shot of methotrexate last Sunday afternoon. Blood draw on Wednesday showed my levels were going down enough that a second round was not necessary. All this past week I have been feeling completely fine with no bleeding or cramping. Just now I got out of the shower (almost a week to the day later) and noticed that I have started heavily bleeding again. Has anyone experienced heavy bleeding almost a week after your shot? Is this normal? I know they said to go back into the ER if going through more than one pad an hour. Does that include being this far out as well?
