Soy Isoflavones
Hi, I have PCOS and on metformin
I started using OPKs this month and found out I ovulated CD20. Wasn’t able to BD - got into a minor accident that left me with 11 stitches of my knee-leg.
Notice that while I am on metformin, my period is regular at 31days cycle.
Also, for next month, I want to try Soy Isoflavones because they say it works wonders with strong ovulation.
Anyone heard of it, too?
