Melatonin while stimming or no?

I have the 4mg slow release melatonin that I was taking while TTC. Should I continue these during my stim cycle - which I started today??

Answer

You are not supposed to take melatonin on a normal TTC cycle.  It disrupts ovulation. Itis only to be used short term during IvF.  So yes if you are doing IVF stims use melatonin during stims.  It has shown from research that follicles that contain higher content of melatonin in their fluid produce healthier eggs. Good luck!
